Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or returns on any products sold in our shop.

Exchanges are only accepted in the rare event that a product arrives damaged or defective. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

We take great care to ensure all products are thoroughly inspected, high quality, and in perfect condition before leaving our shop or being shipped.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Canada only.

  • Orders $0 – $149.99: Flat-rate shipping of $15.99

  • Orders $150 and over: Free shipping across Canada

Shipping fees are calculated before tax and will be displayed at checkout.

We carefully pack all orders to ensure products arrive in excellent condition. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
