Late Arrival
Please try not to be late - be courteous to the staff and other clients at Twentitu Hair and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, please contact us to let us know as soon as possible. Late arrivals can result in reduced service time or we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time.
Cancellation
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, and we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client who may be on our waiting list.
Failure to show, we reserve the right to decline booking future appointments

Consultations
For clients who are considering technical services such as color, highlights, balayages, or Japanese straightening, we highly recommend to book a complimentary consultation with one of our stylists prior to booking your appointment.
We do our best to be very transparent during our consultations as to what is achievable in one session or in multiple sessions. Please send us an email to book you consultation.
Pet-friendly
We love pets and welcome them at our establishment! To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:

Keep your pet on a leash or in a carrier at all times.

Supervise your pet and ensure they do not disturb other guests.

Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.

Please do not leave your pet unattended in any other area of the establishment.
We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave if their pet becomes a nuisance or causes any damage. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you and your furry friend!
