What should I do if I cannot keep my appointment or I am running late?

Please give us a call as soon as you feel you may be running behind/ have to cancel your appointment. Please arrive on time as we schedule our services carefully to give our stylists the appropriate time for each client, if you show up more than 15 minutes beyond your scheduled start time, we may need to alter your service or may not be able to accommodate your service at all. This is to ensure that we stay on schedule for our next appointment. Your prompt communication regarding any delays or cancellation will help us find a suitable solution promptly.
Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

We do accept walk-ins, however,our stylists/barbers are typically quite booked up. We recommend booking an appointment online/ call us in advance to see if we have any availability.
What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept debit, credit card and cash.
How is your accessibility?

Our salon is located on the ground floor, however, it is originally built with a step at its entry.

Stylist Men's Cut vs. Barber Men's Cut: What is the difference?

Our barber specializes specifically in men's haircuts and grooming services. Their focus is on providing precise, traditional/ modern men's haircuts and beard detailing, using clippers, scissors and straight razors. On the other hand, our stylist will neither provide beard trim/detailing nor using a straight razor. Both of our stylists and barbers can provide men's haircut. The choice between a stylist or a barber depends on personal preference, desired style, and the specific services you are looking for.
What is Olaplex?

Olaplex is a bond-builder. It repairs, protects hair from chemical damage and also prevents further damage. It makes the hair stronger, healthier, by restoring broken disulfide bonds in the hair, which are caused by harsh chemical treatments and excessive heat use.
What is the recommended waiting time before washing my hair after a chemical service?

We recommend waiting at least 48 hours after a chemical service to wash your hair. The cuticle of your hair usually takes about 48 hours to close after a chemical service, so washing it too soon can affect the longevity of your colour.
